Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders. A COD confirmation call/SMS may be sent before dispatch for order verification. Repeated COD order refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders on your account.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Delivery Issues
If your order is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or shows an incorrect delivery status, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days so we can investigate with our courier partner.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced on our website when available.
